• Directory Profile Data: Information you choose to publish in our networker directory, including your professional bio, headshot, logo, website URL, social media handles, and elevator pitch details.
• Event Attendance & Visitor Tracking: Information related to your participation history, host referral tracking, and compliance with our visitor participation caps (e.g., tracking the two-event visitor limit).
• Payment Information: Financial transactions and billing details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are processed directly by our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We never collect, see, or store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Communications: Any messages, feedback, support inquiries, or content you send to us via email or through contact forms.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Log & Device Data: Standard web server logs capturing your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Local Storage & Preferences: We use browser local storage exclusively to save your technical interface preferences, such as light/dark mode settings. This preference data remains strictly on your device and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

• Publish your public profile in the Networker Directory (for Participants who opt to be listed).

• Facilitate professional introductions, networking connections, and attendee lists among event Participants.
• Maintain site security, prevent fraudulent accounts, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following specific contexts:

A. Within the Networking Community

• Public Directory Listings: If you participate in a tier plan that includes directory placement, the business details, bio, links, and contact channels you submit for public viewing will be accessible to other networkers and site visitors.
• Event Rosters & Introductions: During virtual or in-person networking events, basic professional details (e.g., your name, company, and industry) may be shared with event facilitators, host sponsors, or other attendees to enable networking connections.

B. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers that perform technical and operational functions on our behalf, strictly limited to what is necessary for them to provide their services:

• Payment Processing: Stripe (processes credit/debit card billing).
• Transactional Email Delivery: Email delivery services (for sending receipts, passwords, and event access codes).
• Web Hosting & Infrastructure: Servers and cloud storage providers that support website functionality.

C. Legal & Regulatory Requirements

4. Photography, Audio, and Event Recordings

By attending virtual networking sessions or live in-person events hosted by the Company:

• You acknowledge that events may be photographed, screen-captured, audio-recorded, or video-recorded.
• Recordings and screenshots may capture your voice, name, image, logo, or elevator pitch presentation.
• The Company may use these media assets for event recaps, community highlights, social media content, and general promotional materials for Business Networking Events, LLC.
• If you do not wish to appear in virtual recordings, you may turn off your camera and mute your microphone during open recording segments, though this may limit interactive event participation.

5. Cookies, Tracking, and Do-Not-Track

• No Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts.
• Local Storage: As noted in Section 1, local storage is utilized strictly for technical preferences (e.g., light/dark theme toggles).

• Account & Profile Updates: You can review, update, or edit your directory information and profile settings directly through your online dashboard at any time.
• Opt-Out of Marketing:You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of those emails or contacting us directly.

Our website and networking events are designed exclusively for working professionals and business representatives.
