Visitor Attendance Policy

1. Visitor Attendance Cap (The Two-Event Rule)

To maintain a high-value, dedicated network of professional relationships, general visitor access is limited.

• Two-Event Maximum: A Visitor may attend a maximum of two (2) complimentary or guest-pass events across the platform before being required to join an active Networker tier (e.g., Standard or Premium).
• System Tracking:Attendance is tracked electronically via the Visitor's email address, full name, phone number, and IP address upon registration.
• Automated Lockout: Upon registering for or attending a second event, the system will restrict further visitor registrations for that individual. Subsequent registrations using duplicate emails, false names, or alias accounts to bypass the cap are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without entry.

2. Referral Attribution & Visitor Sponsorship

Visitors are frequently introduced to the platform through active sponsors, or tier Participants.

• Host Attribution:During registration, Visitors select the Participant who invited them. This attribution is permanently linked to the Visitor's account record.
• Referral Integrity: Referral attribution ensures proper credit toward referral milestones and tier perks. Once recorded, referral attributions cannot be altered or transferred to another networker without prior approval from management.

3. Participation Privileges for Visitors

Visitors receive limited participation rights during events to allow them to evaluate the network.

• Directory Exclusion: Visitor status does not include a listing in the public Directory, access to full attendee contact lists, or post-event promotional broadcasting rights.
• Breakout Engagement: Visitors may participate fully in open networking breakout rooms during the events they attend.

4. Tier Conversion & Upgrading

• Immediate Upgrade: Visitors may upgrade to an active Networker tier at any time prior to, during, or after an event to unlock unlimited event access, directory placement, pitch priorities, and full networker perks.
• Non-Transferable Passes: Visitor passes are assigned strictly to the individual registrant and cannot be transferred, gifted, or substituted to another colleague or third party.

5. Code of Conduct & Compliance

All Visitors are required to adhere to our Event Code of Conduct during their attendance. We reserve the absolute right to deny entry, revoke visitor passes, or remove any Visitor from a live event if their behavior is deemed disruptive, aggressive, or non-compliant with community standards.
